Since attending the rally part of the March for Independace, I have been woundering why WA dosent have any such programs for our youth. 

What kind of programs are there for WA blind youth? 

How many blind youth does WA have? 

I would think we should have some things for them to particapate in that the NFB does. 

Am I the only one that thinks it is odd that places like UT have progams for the blind youth but we dont.
