Mike,
I wouldn't mind the music either, but it may be difficult for some
users to handle (i.e. people with slower internet connections and those
with hearing difficulties that make it hard to hear when there's
background noise). I don't think you need a skip to content link
because that's really only useful when you have several frames on a web
page. However, I would put "We are changing what it means to be blind"
closer to the top of the page a have a heading for links. You could
call the heading "Web site Links" or something which would make them
more easily accessible using heading navigation. Otherwise, things look good.
