Last evening was the Snoking chapter's monthly meeting. We had about 10 attendees, and a good meeting.  Presidential Release 401 was played, and we discussed legislative and seminar activity upcoming for the organization, among other things.  Julie Warrington did another great job subbing for Duane Smith who continues not to be able to make the meetings because of health issues.  We all wish him a rapid recovery, and look forward to having him up and around again for us.

As part of the meting, we were asked to remember the 2012 Washington seminar, and to be prepared to write, call, and otherwise contact our Senators and Representatives about our legislative agenda as we meet with congressional staffers and the legislators themselves during the first week of February, i.e Feb. 6--9, 2012.

On another subject, tonight, I will be in attendance at the last live talk show at the Evergreen Radio Reading Service.  We will be ushering out an era by having as many hosts in studio and on the phone as we can. Hope to hear from as many of you out there as possible.  The show is from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Pacific time.
