Good Afternoon All,

     I wanted to give you a quick update on support for HR 164.  We are now
showing 125 cosponsors on the bill, however, four additional offices
contacted Congressman Bilirakis's office this afternoon with requests to be
added as cosponsors.  They will be officially added when the next list is
sent to the floor.  One of our new cosponsors is Congressman Lankford of
Oklahoma, who serves as the Chairman of the Republican Policy Committee, and
is part of the Republican Leadership Team.  I again have attached the
cosponsor lists by state and party to this message for you.  I hope to send
out an email for our next update call early next week.  Thank you all for
