[nfbwatlk] What is it?

It is a journal put out by the Jernigan Institute which is meant to compete
with AFB's Journal of Blindness and visual Impairment. The Journal of
Blindness Innovation and Research is meant to showcase truly meaningful
research in the field of blindness. That's all I know. Perhaps Denise
Mackenstadt can tell us more.
