The process of getting a room at the Clarion was pretty simple.  
But they said their rooms were filling fast, so if anyone needs 
to get reservations, they should do it very soon.  The Red Roof 
Inn process was not so easy, and Craig decided not to wait on 
hold.  It had already been quite a lengthy hold when he hung up.
