Dear Colleague:

On behalf of the U.S. Access Board<http://www.access-board.gov/>, we are pleased to invite you to a Town Hall meeting which is taking place on May 10, 2016 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm at the Husky Union Building on the campus of the University of Washington, Room 250, 4001 East Stevens Way, Seattle, WA 98195-2230. The purpose of this email is to encourage you to save the date and to share this information with your friends and colleagues.

The tentative agenda includes the following:

*         Training on the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG)

*         An open microphone session where we will invite the audience to make comments and ask questions. This affords people from Seattle a unique opportunity to speak directly to members of the Board about their accessibility questions or concerns.
Access Board meetings are accessible to persons with disabilities. An assistive listening system, computer assisted real-time transcription (CART), and sign language interpreters will be available. Persons attending are requested to refrain from using perfume, cologne, and other fragrances for the comfort of other participants. This event is free and open to the public.

We will send out additional information once the details of this event are finalized. In the interim, please let me know if you have any questions about this event.  Also, feel free to share this information with others who may be interested (I've attached this information in flyer format).
