Good afternoon friends, I am just passing this information along in case anyone would like to join the division's public meeting next Saturday afternoon. The meeting Will start at 3 PM, and we will definitely be done by 5 PM before the University of Washington UCLA football game.

Here is the zoom connection information. Please note there is a type of graphical error in what a member of our zoom management team sent me. Please disregard any reference to November 22. The meeting really is on 16 November. If anyone on this list has direct questions for me, please see my signature file at the end of this email to send me a direct email. I read a lot of email. So please put something in the subject line that gets my attention? Also be aware we're not using one tap mobile for captioning. We are using stream cast for this meeting because one of the presenters apparently uses it exclusively and many specific request of the division and our national office to provide this particular service for captioning. If someone has a concern about that please let me know ASAP? Finally this meeting will Marshley cover a discussion of the deaf Wind leadership now movement. We will have the normal thing that you'd find at a meeting of the national Federation of the blonde. There will be some opening remarks by our national president he is coming. As well as the person who is going to speak for this deaf blind Community effort. The division, is a part of that community. So I think this is a pretty important meeting. Towards the end of the meeting we will begin a discussion of planning for both the Washington seminar, and ultimately our time in New Orleans next summer. I know it's November, but the months will fly by, the rain will stop and it will eventually warm up. And before we know it we will all have to start thinking about national convention.

Here are the start times by time zone. Again please keep in mind this is standard time.

Please note all start times are 15 minutes before the meeting begins, this is to allow time for Zoom set up. This is also time to allow the interpreters to make sure that that they can communicate with the people they are interpreting for. After this 15 minutes set up timeframe the meeting will start promptly at 6 PM eastern Time. Please don't start times are standard time since we will be in standard time in November.
