Hi Ed!

Please forgive me for not sending you well wishes sooner. I have been
meaning to call but then get into something else and then it's too
late.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know you have been in my thoughts for the
past few weeks and I am so glad you are doing well and everything is
going as expected with your recovery process.

Take care and the best of luck with continuing to get better! You have
been and certainly will continue to be in my thoughts!
