Marcus, that seems to be a common practice.  The committee brings 
resolutions to the convention floor and they make a 
recommendation not to pass them.  Now why do they even craft 
resolutions that they don't want passed.  Go figure.  I heard 
them recommend a "do not pass" for several resolutions.  I don't 
think it has anything to do with us.  It's just their way of 
doing things.

What really baffles me is, if the committee did not recommend 
passage, why
did they even bring it to the floor in the first place?  Sounds 
to me like
they were more interested in hearing themselves rattle the 
anti-NFB saber
than they were in actual organizational direction.
