Keri,

It is great hearing from you. It sounds like you have been busy even
though the information about going to school in New York is
disappointing for you. Concord is a good school but I don't think the
little town has transportation or a way in and out of it using public
transportation. Good luck with everything and please keep in touch.
Bliss sounds adorable. Many years ago, I had a dog guide named Sam. He
was a golden retriever and he was also small weighing only 50 pounds.

Charlene

Greetings fellow listers,

I hope you all are enjoying the last bit of summer, and aren't to hot. I
wanted to write you guys with updates.

After months of dealing with a very annoying testing office at JJC and
issue after issue and doing all that I can. JJC will not fully admit me
because I need remedial courses which they do not have. So I moved to
NYC for no reason basically.

After much consideration and research I will be returning to WV on Sept.
23 where I will search for an apt in my home area. I will be attending
concord for my undergrad starting in January if all goes well.

I may return to NYC for grad school, but that is many years away so we
will see what happens.

I'm going to be very very picky where I get my apt cause I need to be
somewhere where I can get out and work/walk my dog Bliss.
For those that do not know I now have a seeing eye dog named Bliss. She
is a 21 inch tall, 51 pound yellow lab. She is really well bred that she
almost looks blond. We are doing well, and I'm excited to bring her to
WV where when we are at places like my grandma's we will have space to
play outside. You can't really do that in the city. Bliss also likes to
run. She would run if I would let her, so at my grandma's I have plenty
of space to take her running out of harness of course.

Hope all is well,
keri
