Ed, Charlene and others:

I'm thinking that we haven't had issues to bring before the legislature 
in the past several sessions. Perhaps at the March board meeting we 
might consider organizing a Legislative Briefing or similar event to 
keep the NFB WV in front of them and to share our perspective and wishes 
for the School as well as addressing any other educational issues we 
believe are appropriate for legislative notice.
