Cami:

Thank you for your updates, considerations, and commitments. I truly think
we are all still connected, but sometimes it unfortunately takes some
tragedy or even specific illnesses to regroup.
Please don't forget the referral system that the NFB provides when you meet
someone who is blind. The person you identified would be a good example how
the NFB can be a referral, and support system. I feel at times although
there are great state agencies, and organizations there sometimes is
specifics to qualify which can be a barrier. Regarding Brandon I am truly
sorry to hear this. I didn't know, and now more than ever I think we all
need to meet, regroup, and for purposes like this discus how to assist. I
do think the chapter should provide for some financial support, and if you
could bring these specifics to a meeting we could even ask the state
affiliate to possibly match a donation.
So please either call me or continue this dialog. I've been nothing but
right out straight myself, but the way my world goes I find that extra hour
when needed. Take care.

Gil
