[NHLakesChapter] Chapter Picnic Cancelled due to weather

I think this would be a great alternative!! And we could even pick a mall
more central, if that's possible. I would vote for this.
  But my dilemma is going to be... what do I do with all of these toll
house cookies that I made?
🤣 I guess I'll just have to eat them.
