Although unfortunate this is an understandable decision given the weather forecast. Especially with all the rain this summer and without a tent or shelter.
I agree maybe we can put our heads together and come up with a plan B.

I got this message. I was going to call you tomorrow. I think regrettably, this is a wise decision  due to the amount of rain we have had which causes runoff in to the lake and the forecast for this Saturday.

I regret that we are compelled to cancel our much anticipated picnic due to the weather.



We have been watching the forecasts and it appears that it will be raining during the entire time we planned for the picnic.



I am open to any suggestions for a get-together, preferably where we can meet in any weather.



Let me know if you have any ideas and reply to me on the listserv. We need to move on it before the cold season comes in.
