I would say the Italian, the vegetarian delight, and the  oven baked turkey
all sound good.

 

Any of the desserts sound delicious.

Below are the menu choices for the box lunches.

Please replay with your top choice so we can narrow our selection down to
three.

Please reply before June 15, so we can discuss during the chapter meeting.

Please note that the listed cost does not include taxes, etc.

 

Boxed Lunch

$18.50 per person

Choice of up to three options:

Boxed lunches include whole fruit, potato chips, and a bottled water.

 

Sandwiches:

Oven Roasted Turkey and Brie - with Arugula, Pickled Red Onion, Cranberry
Compote & Cucumber on Ciabatta Bread

 

Honey Ham and Sliced Granny Smith Apple - with Swiss Cheese, Romaine, Honey
Dijon Aioli & Tomato on a Potato Roll

 

The Italian - with Capicola, Ham, Salami, Provolone, Iceberg Lettuce,
Pepperoncini, Tomato, Oregano, Oil & Vinegar on a Hawaiian sub roll

 

Egg Salad and Applewood Smoked Bacon - with Tomato & Shaved Radish on Whole
Grain Oat Bread

 

Roasted Vegetable Delight - Boursin Cheese, Assorted Roasted Vegetables,
Pesto, Arugula, and Rosemary on Ciabatta Bread

 

Wraps:

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap - Grilled Chicken, Romaine Lettuce, Shaved
Parmesan Cheese, and House Made Croutons on a Whole Wheat Wrap

 

Tarragon Chicken Salad Wrap - Chicken Salad made with Cranberries, Walnuts,
Celery and Leaf Lettuce on a Whole Wheat Wrap

 

Chicken Cobb Salad Wrap - Smoked Bacon, Hard-Boiled Egg, Tomato, Avocado,
Red Onion, Mixed Greens, & Blue Cheese with Red Wine Vinaigrette

 

Crispy Chicken Salad Wrap - Mixed Greens, Smoked Bacon, Shredded Cheddar,
Grape Tomato, Cucumber, with Honey Mustard Dressing
