Hello all

I wanted to follow up to the email I sent out this weekend regarding the
GACIT meetings being held as a possible option to give input regarding
transportation projects in your area. I realize the email was quite long,
and I also found a link to the meeting schedule online, which has a couple
of links for the few virtual meetings they're holding via Microsoft Teams.

Please consider attending a meeting in your area if you can get to one,
otherwise you can submit information to the council at the following link,
which includes a list of all the meeting sites, times, and dates:

https://www.dot.nh.gov/projects-plans-and-programs/ten-year-plan

**IMPORTANT** If you plan to visit virtually, there is a registration link
you have to use at the bottom of the page in order to get the Teams system
to recognize you as a member of the public. The form is fortunately
accessible, though the link is hidden at the near bottom of the web page. I
would highly recommend either participating in person or sending in
information to the meetings if you plan to comment, but it is possible with
a little effort to join the meetings virtually. I will include a link to
download Teams if you wish to join that way for those who don't have it:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software

The contact information for the Governor's Council on Intermodal
Transportation (GACIT) is at the first link before you hit the table with
the public meeting list.

Sincerely

Andrew Harmon
