[NHLakesChapter] NFB of NH May 2026 Secretary notes

Hello All,

In response to the treasurer’s report concerns. I understand your concerns and can make those changes once I know what is the best way to report the balance. My intention was to show the beginning balance with all the transactions that were missing due to the missing statement so everyone could see that there was still a balance. I understand the way it looks, that's how I initially presented it because I didn't know what to do. I also put a statement that says due to in accurate reporting I don't have any updated information, this was stated by Dennis in our meeting but wanted to at least show the balance in the account.

I appreciate your suggestions, whoever has the final decision of how I should report this particular situation, I will make those changes. I did not know how to report it properly so I did what was stated in the meeting.
