Hello Randy,

Thank you for sharing such a personal and difficult update. I can only
imagine how challenging this time has been for you. Please know how deeply
your leadership, compassion, and dedication have impacted so many over the
years, myself included.

Stepping away from a mission that means so much to you could not have been
an easy decision. However, the thoughtfulness and grace reflected in your
message speak volumes about your character. Your legacy at Future In Sight
will certainly be felt long after your tenure as CEO.

I hope this next chapter provides the space and rest you need for healing.
Many of us are holding you in our thoughts and rooting for your recovery,
one day at a time.
