Hi Vincent, My last few A1c's have been 6.0.  However, I am still interested in any updates on the subject of diabetes.  I do not have to take any medication and I do watch what I eat and exercise in the hope that my A1C remains at that level.  As I said, however, I am still very interested in any updates on the subject.  thanks, Pat Bunce
