[Nj-diabetes-division] A Simple Summer Salad Recipe.

Hi Folks:

I’m attaching an MS Word .doc file with a really simple recipe that I like to mix up.  I believe its healthy and not high in carbs and just good for the summer.  Hope you enjoy it.  The recipe calls for either sliced cucumbers or celery chunks.  Let me know if you make it what you think.  

Let me know if there are problems with the attachment and I’ll resend.
