Please distribute to all your email lists.

Lynn Reynolds is on vacation. We need to act.

Please encourage our members to make as many calls as possible.

We represent voters in each district, therefore, we need to make calls to

our Congressman and to others that have not signed up at this writing.

Congressman Andres signe on the original bill, just make the calls to

encourage to sign the bill once again.

We need numerous calls from numerous persons to move the bill.

Roll up your sleeves and let's get the job done.

After making calls, please contact Lynn Reynolds with your results from

each call.

Keep believing. Keep dreaming. Keep learning

This is extremely important!

Let's work together. Let's make a difference!

Fellow
Federationists:

I am writing to update you on our efforts to gain cosponsor support for
the Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act of 2009 (H.R. 734 and S. 841) in both the
House of Representatives and the Senate.
H.R. 734 currently has 130 cosponsors, and S. 841 has 9
cosponsors.

I have listed all cosponsors below by state. We only have one week left to work on
this issue before Congress adjourns for the August recess. I am asking you to make calls next week,
July 26–31, to your senators and representatives to urge them to join as a
cosponsor of this important legislation.

-- Senators can be
added to S. 841 by contacting Doug Frost in Senator Kerry’s office;
and
-- Representatives
can be added to H.R. 734 by contacting either Emily Khoury in Congressman
Towns’s office, or James Thomas in Congressman Stearns’s office.

You may be connected to your members of Congress by calling the Capitol
switchboard at (202) 225-3121.

We must continue to build on the progress that we have already made on
this issue (thank you) by working hard next week to add new cosponsors on this
legislation.

Also, please contact me with any questions; my contact information is
listed below.

Sincerely,

Jesse M.
