To The NJAGDU Members,

During our Monday, March 21, 2011 7 PM meeting, the discussion turned to a current access issue to a health care facility when one of our members shared they were being asked to have health care documents, rabies inoculation documents and a certificate from the guide dog school stating they were working with a valid guide dog partner to allow them into a hospital to visit their spouse during an upcoming surgery time. As the discussion proceeded, Dan shared with the group of an experience he had had himself and a document which Ginger Kutsch had shared with him. The members on the call requested to have a copy of the document on "Resources for Health Care Facilities" that is attached to this message.
