[Njtechdiv] iPhone question

Hello All,

 

Back when I was running iOS6 on my iPhone, I could flip the switch on the
side to put my phone on silent. But with iOS7, even though I flip the switch
my iPhone doesn't go on silent. If anyone can give me some suggestions on
how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. Maybe I will get an
answer during Monday's Technology Division call.
