[Njtechdiv] say never to Windows 10

This is a program / tool that stops Windows 7 & 8 from updating to 
Windows 10, & this is supposed to work better than the GWX Control Panel 
program. I suggest reading about it from the links below before running it:

After you start the program you might have to use your Jaws cursor to 
read the information & to find the Disable, Enable, & Exit buttons.

if you do decide to use it, and you've installed gwx cp, it is 
recommended to uninstall it before running never10.exe... unless you've 
used the stand alone (no installation() version of gwx cp.
