Ken, from the home page of WOLD, press the space bar on the On-air link. 
then from the top of the page, activate the stream-icon link.
I don't know what browser you're using but to give you an idea what to 
do, you should be prompted if you want to save or open the pls file. 
choose save and note where it will be saved so you can put it on the 
desktop after it's been saved to your hard drive.

to let you know, or maybe you know already, the pls (or m3u) file is the 
file that will allow your default browser to play the live stream using 
the media player that is set as the default player. so after it is 
living on the desktop, all you'd have to do is press the enter key on it 
to start listening to WOLD.

WOLD has revamped their website, so I guess their Listen link is now 
just called On-air.

Hi tech div list, ken with a question.  the listen live link for the
woodbridge oldies station WOLD-lp is invisible to a screen reader
through it’s website.  the site is www.woldradio.com
<http://www.woldradio.com> right now the only way I can hear the station
since I don’t have a stream is through the tunein radio link.  I can’t
seem to communicate to them that their listen live link appears only as
a heading and the words listen live.  no link, no button not even as a
clickable graphic so two questions how do I advise them how to correct
this issue, and if I can’t is there any way to get the tunein direct
link onto my desktop so I can locate it fast?  they really are a good
station and they put WCBS FM to shame.  check em out if you have a
victor stream.  they have changed stream providors so the old winamp
link no longer works and that old URL doesn’t work with windows media
player any more.
