[Njtechdiv] Tech problem connecting to braille printer

Tracy, before I provide an answer, I need to ask 2 important questions:

what is the manufacturer and model of the braille printer?

and when the braille printer was last connected to a computer and was 
working fine, what operating system was the computer running (windows xp)?
