Hi tech devision members.  forgot to pass this on at last meeting, but for those who are using jaws and using the latest version you will find that you will be prompted to listen to the latest version of the FS cast.  you can also if you want disable that feature if you want in settings center and even if you don’t you will only be prompted once for each episode and you don’t have to listen when prompted.  listening to the new podcast that has come out today in connection with the CSUN conference and wow! they are talking about a new notetaker called the L braille that is smaller than the pac mate was and is a windows 10 based, jaws based notetaker that also has a focus 14 blue braille display.  this is amazing stuff.  it has stereo speakers with it and a built in mic and a docking station.  no word yet on when this gaget will be available.
