[Njtechdiv] "click this message ..."

Hi Mario.
The device I'm trying to connect via USB is an old Braillenote PK, and
Windows doesn't like it, even though I've followed the steps in the manual.
I'll have to call their tech support. Though I'd rather call their tech
support than anyone else's; their guys have the most charming French
accents!
Tracy

Tracy, I forgot to offer the steps to run the error check on the USB
drive:
press the windows+e to get a list of the drives recognized by your computer.
the last most likely might be the flash drive you inserted. if not, you'll
have to find it and call up it's properties by either pressing alt+enter,
pressing the applications key and up arrowing to properties and press enter,
or press shift+f10 if your keyboard does not have an applications key or the
applications key is, for some reason, not working, up arrow to properties
and press enter.

I assume you can handle the error checking?
