Subject: [Njtechdiv] windows 10 mail and calendar apps

Hi list members in the tech devision. I finally licked my shutdown/restart issues with my computer thanks to the microsoft answer desk. was setting up windows live mail and when it wasn’t quite working I decided to test the mail app in windows 10. I discovered that it didn’t quite read the newsline TV listings right, for example not reading each channel as a heading. it read the message, but other messages it couldn’t quite read. so answer desk set up a level three quiery with their accessibility team and today I got the results of there findings. here is a link to see the shortcut keys for both the mail and calendar apps. will look at this myself anmd maybe switch to the mail app later on after this major update that microsoft has planned for the summer. right now the mail app appears iffy. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Keyboard-shortcuts-in-Mail-and-Calendar-apps-for-Windows-10
