Thought some might be interested in these two items of interest about Apple 
Accessibility:

First, seems like the Apple store is starting to carry accessible technology 
like Braille displays.  I don’t know all the details and got it from a Mac 
list ...
You can now buy braille displays, switch interfaces and eye gaze trackers from 
the Apple store:

Second, ITunes now has a seperate section for Audio Described movies.  This 
was in the Top Tech Tidbits:

It is now easier to take stock of the growing collection of audio-described 
movies in the iTunes collection, as Apple has created a designated room for
