Greetings to all,

 

This should work better.

 

1. Select the text that has the headers

2. Press ALT+H to open the home tab

3. Press L to open the Styles submenu

4. Arrow left or right until you hear "paragraph marker normal" and then
press ENTER

 

This will remove the header label for the selected text in a Word document.

If doing it in an email using Outlook, do the same steps but use ALT+O+L
instead of ALT+H+L.
