[Njtechdiv] need help with the new identifi app

hello I am asking any one if you can help me with the new identifi  app 
I have it in my I pad  
it is not in the apple store 
you have to down load it from a link on to your I phone or I pad  
now I need info about how to use it 
I can ttake pictures but it does not tell me what the pictures are 
are they   any tutorials or the email address of the person that made this app
