[Njtechdiv] question about jarte

hello  can some one tell me how to  open  jarte  and reset it or is there a link I can go to learn how to use it  please  if I go to it rite now it opens and says , row  one and column two  it says this each time you use a letter 
I am asking how do you get that off the screen 
if you have the key strokes to open it thanks for any help
