hello 
my question about the delete butten is this 
I have jaws 11 here is my question 
the delete key stroke does not talk   all times 
can you tell me what program I can find out how to change them please 
it is like this 
if I don’t open a email I would like to delete and I just push on the delete key it does not say delete  
but the email is gone .
now if I open next email now I push on thelete key it says delete and the email is gone .
