  Hello and Hi Mr Lester here 
  I have two questions about windows ten and jaws 18  and mail 
  First how do you get it to say delete when you push the delete key 
  number two question 
  You just deleted a new  email   
  from the in box 
  where does that email go  
  Can I get it back 
  does it go to a holding file till you decide to delete it permanently and how do you get to that file  please
