Les, usually, when deleting an email from any folder, it will be sent to 
the trashbin, deleted, or trash folder where you can retrieve it if 
necessary. you would move it to the folder you want it in.

if you wish, the way to bypass the email from being sent to the trash 
folder is by holding the shift while pressing the delete. but be aware, 
doing this will permanently delete the email, so be sure it's really 
what you want to do.

    You just deleted a new  email
    from the in box
    where does that email go
    Can I get it back
    does it go to a holding file till you decide to delete it 
permanently and how do you get to that file  please
