[Njtechdiv] question about seeing A I

hello it’s me Mr Lester 
This is my question about seeing A I  
I can get it to read the form 
the people wrote there names and addresss in with a pen and it is printed in 
Is there a setting   that can read that  
If I need to have forms filled out should I use the 20 20  pen 
the forms that was filled out seeing A I reads it great but not the hand printed words  
If some  one would like to talk me through  this please give me a call
