I don't have Windows 10, but you could try googling "does windows media
player work with windows 10?".  It might give an answer as to whether you
could easily swith.

The program "Groove Music" originally came with my Windows 10.
  Do I need Groove Music if I have Windows Media Player?  Right now, it's
annoying  because I can't figure out how to remove a file from the playlist.
