[Njtechdiv] question about moving contacts

Hello this is lester  this is my question about moving contacts 
this is in w ten and mail 
I just put in outlook in to w ten 
now I am trying to move all my contacts from mail in w ten and put them in too outlook contact list 
I have talked to microsoft and he could not do it he did not know how to do it  
Can it b done or do I have to put them in one by one 
I am adding the contacts as each one comes in 
I have lots of email to do
