Here is the exact info I shared with Brian/Ellen for the list of ways of 
attaining the presidential release:

To listen via Alexa the easiest way is to say "Alexa, play the Presidential 
Release podcast"

If that doesn’t work, then try Open the National Federation of the Blind 
presidential release
podcast.
