Hi Les.

I just got it, used, from a friend.

I’ve never been able to print from this PC, ever.

I have the right drivers.  I see the printer when I ask for printers.

I just don’t get any printing.

I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can do.  I just want someone to come and make it work.  I’m happy to trade money in return for someone else to sweat and swear over the darn thing.

We have a PC tech who comes and fixes our PC’s, when we need him.  I wonder if he could fix my printing issue.  I think it’s more connections than anything to do with braille.  On the other hand, a plain text printer might be confusing to him.

hello  It Is less 

did you do all the restart steps  

I can list them if you need them 

If is a new one you just got  that is one thing 

If you have had it for any length of time that is  a different  way 

how long has this not working ,Is it new or old 

can you remember the day it is not working 

we may help you before you call in a profeffional  Just a friend that knows how to troubleshoot

I want someone to come to my house and figure out why I can’t make my braille printer work.  I’m happy to pay whatever the going rate is.  I just don’t know how to find the person I want.

Any ideas, or better yet, someone who can do the job?

I live in Teaneck, Bergen County.
