Hello, TalkBack is the screen reader built-in to Android. I have been told it's not that bad, but I have little personal experience with it.

The person has some vision, but not really enough to see the screen or use the phone. He’s in NY. I’d like to know if the Droid screen reader is built into the phone or if it has to be purchased and gotten separately? Thanks for any information that I can pass along.
