[Njtechdiv] In windows ten stopping it talking

Hi 
I have a question about windows ten and jaws 18 and outlook 16 
Last week we had a up date and after that I can not stop jaws from talking 
Each time a new email comes in it reads it 
It never did that till the new up date 
Are there  key strokes to lock it out  or stop it from talking 
from the desk of Mr lester cameron 
remember life is what it is 
it is what you do with it that matters
