[Njtechdiv] In windows ten stopping it talking

I have found this problem, on several computers with jaws 2018 and 
2019, and different versions of Outlook.  I wrote Freedom, and they 
said they can't reproduce -- but several people have found it.  I 
would urge you to write support at freedomscientific.com
