I just got a new app for my iPhone I’m finding pretty useful.

It’s called Stand Up.  It’s the one with 4 stars on the app store.

It reminds me to stand up every 45 minutes.  The time interval and the start 
and stop time are easy to change.

I am a programmer, and sit at a desk all day long.  I regularly forget to 
get up and move around, and the app reminds me.  I set it to go longer than 
the workday, so it also reminds me not to go all couch potato during the 
evening.

Just thought I’d mention it, as I bet I’m not the only person who sits 
around a lot.
