to make sure I am getting the download and upload speeds for which I am 
paying for from the ISP, I need to disconnect my computer from the 
router and connect directly to the cable modem. but also have to change 
the IP and gateway addresses since I have a static connection to the 
ISP. is there a way where I can
simply choose which setup to use without having to change the addresses 
manually every time?
