Hi Tracy,

Follow the below steps to remove recent from the Windows Explorer.

1.	Open Windows Explorer
2.	Hit ALT + F, O to open folder options
3.	Now Tab down three times
4.	Uncheck both the options under Privacy.
5.	Also hit the Clear button once
6.	Once done hit Ok

Hope this helps

My husband has a new Windows 10 PC. He played some music on it, and now the music he played is in the Windows Explorer list.

He doesn’t want it to be there. Why is it there, and how can he stop it?

Thanks.

Tracy
