[NJTechDiv] Fitbit won't sync to iPhone

I have an Android phone and often have syncing problems with my fitbit. 
I suspect the problem is the bluetooth connection. What seems to help is 
if I run a bluetooth scanning app. Even if that app doesn't seem to see 
my fitbit, after I run it, the fitbit is much more likely to sync. I 
have no idea why this works, but guess that somehow the bluetooth needs 
a "kick."
