In Outlook versions 2016 and newer it is Shift+F6. Otherwise it still works.

If you're sitting in your list of messages, shift-tab.  It should say Inbox.
Arrow down, and it should say things like Sent, Outbox, and Trash or Junk.
My version of Outlook is old, but I think what I said is still true.
